In order to cope with the rapid growth of the Company, we are now inviting self-motivated and competent individuals to apply for the following position:

Customer Services Representative

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle bilingual phone-in and walk-in customer enquiries;
  • Handle bilingual emails from customers;
  • Work closely with teammates to provide timely and quality customer services;
  • Handle and support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above;
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in customer service call centre or frontline counter services, preferably gained from insurance industry;
  • Passes in IIQE Papers I, II, III or other qualifications fulfilling the licensing requirements of Insurance Authority a must;
  • Good customer service, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Customer-focused, positive, self-motivated and willing to learn;
  • A good team player with ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
